The Orlando Magic are headed to the NBA Finals after defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers with a 103-90 win at home in Game 6 in the Eastern Conference Finals.

This is in the headlines of the Orlando Sentinel today!!!! GO MAGIC!!!!!! The men in blue and white brought it home yesterday at the Amway Arena. I am mainly a football fan, but I learned a lot about basketball this season & even went to a Magic game. They worked so hard & we fans are so excited. This is the first time since 1995 that they’ve made it to the title rounds. The Finals begin in L.A. on Thursday night versus the L.A. Lakers. I will be watching!!!!

And last summer, when Dwight Howard joined Cavs megastar LeBron James and others on the gold-medal winning Olympic team, Howard was greeted with similar reactions when he talked up the Magic.”They all said, ‘Yeah, right, Dwight,” he recalls. Dwight was right.

Needless to say, it’s no laughing matter now!! Take it all the way Magic. You’ve earned it!!!!
