Scriptures: Psalm 1:1-3 1Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Nugget: Note that the blessed man is identified by not just what he does, but even moreso by what he avoids. The evidence of a blessed man is:
a) Whatsoever he doeth shall prosper; aka everything they touch turns to gold.
b) Fruit that comes forth in season: timely blessings; things happening at the right time.
Review both what you do and don’t do, and see where you need to make changes to be like the Psalms 1 man.
