Time continues to fly by! It’s been a bit since I’ve blogged. A lot has been going on & work has definitely been keeping me busy. But I’ve been trying to find time to play too!
I saw the play, “What My Husband Doesn’t Know”, starring Michelle Williams (Destiny’s Child), Brian J. White (“Stomp the Yard”), Clifton Davis (“Amen”), and Ann Nesby (gospel singer). There were a few new faces for me who were also in the play.
The play is by David E. Talbert; the following is a synopsis of the play from David’s website: “The perfect life for the perfect wife, or so it seems…A loving husband, a big house, health, and happiness is everything Lena Summer ever wished for. But with her husband’s demanding career, the thing she desires the most appears out of reach….until the day HE shows up at her door.”

The play was truly a reminder that the grass isn’t necessarily always greener on the other side. The play was good; there was humor, singing, drama, & more. Tour dates are available on David’s website.
Next on the play agenda for me: “Wicked”. I’ve heard nothing but good things about it & cannot wait to see it.
