Scripture: Psalm 37:25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
Nugget: The psalmist reflects on his life, being young & now being old. He reminds us that he has not seen God turn away from His children or seen them in want. In all that’s going on today, I feel we need to be reminded of this.
God provides, but we must do our part. Some are without jobs, but not asking for help. Some know people without jobs, but aren’t offering help. Yes, at these times, we need to be focused on God, what He wants from us, and all that He provides.

I really enjoyed your scripture this morning. Not to make your blog about me, but I can definitely relate to the part about not having a job, and having a job but not offering to help those in need of one. However, it seems the times I AM helping others look for a job, are the times I need one myself! But anyway, I haven’t blogged in FOREVER. I’ve just been so dry lately, not to mention, swamped with school work. I’ve got another one up if you want to take a look at it. 🙂
This is so true. The last comment. I’m working on that as well. Blessings
