Have you ever prayed for something and wondered if God heard you? There could be things, people, desires, or dreams that you’ve been praying for that have yet to come to fruition. This waiting time could’ve made your faith waver, or it could’ve made you pray louder and harder, expressing all that you want and who you are to God. Hoping, praying, and waiting for Him to just hear you or to show you that glimpse of Him taking a step to answer your prayer.
Even in these instances, one thing is for certain: We know that God’s promises are true! Promises that come to pass in His time.
But in knowing this, have you ever doubted? Got inside your own head and wondered for a moment, “God do you truly hear me? Have you forgotten about me? It’s me again!”
No matter what things may look like in the natural, you can’t forget our God is supernatural and all knowing! He knows your heart’s desire and most importantly, when you’ll be ready to receive it! Don’t let doubt get you down; stand in faith because this is when the true test of faith begins.
Take time today to journal, reflect, or verbalize the past prayers that God has answered. Remember those times when He came through at the last minute or unexpectedly blessed you beyond measure. If He did it then, He can do it again.
Write. Speak. Praise.
Don’t sit in doubt. Your faith and our God are bigger.
