Today & every Sunday you’ll find me in church. It wasn’t always this way, but now it is. I pray for everyone to get to know Jesus!!! He died for us when He didn’t have to. God sent Him down to die for our sins in order for us to be saved.
John 3:16-17 states: 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
The Christian walk is an on-going process. So many people think that they have to be perfect before coming to the Lord (I thought this!). I wanted to get this right & get this out of the way before I accepted Him into my life, but that’s not how it works. We must come to God as we are & He continues to work on us. We are all a “work in progress”!! He will start the process for the changed person you wish to be.
If you are in doubt about what direction to take, Pray. God could be calling you, but are you listening? If you think you have to be perfect, no one really is: come as you are. If you are trying to find a home-church, don’t give up. If you need prayer, there are many who will pray for you & are praying on your behalf right now.
Continue to seek God, He is not lost. He is in range & is waiting with open arms for you.
