Scripture: Proverbs 11:4 Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.
Nugget: Money answers a lot of things, but not all. Riches profit not in the day of wrath…..that day of wrath could be when after spending lots of money on the best healthcare, your doctor says your illness is incurable and you have just a few days left to live; or it could be a child who despite the best upbringing, education, etc – is convicted for a crime in which they will spend the rest of their life in jail; or a child who is hooked on drugs and despite the best rehabilitation treatment refuses to reform. The list can go on. Point being, in that day of wrath – what will deliver you?
