Scripture: I Peter 1:8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy (NIV)
Nugget: That’s faith! Believing in the presence of God in your life & knowing He’s there although you can’t see Him. Just knowing God & His power are enough to bring joy to your life. Joy comes from God; happiness comes from things. That’s why many people place happiness in the hands of belongings & other people. But joy, that’s complete belief in God, His presence, & all that He brings.
