Scripture: Psalm 4:4 Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Selah (NKJV)
Nugget: Anger can be an emotion that makes us do things we thought we’d never do. The actions behind reacting out of anger usually follow with our regrets, wishing we’d never done something.
Before reacting, we must take the time to be still, meditate, & pray on the direction we should take. We know that “two wrongs don’t make a right”, so it’s best to take a step back, be still, & seek God before reacting.
Don’t allow anger to be a ruling force in your life that brings on regret.
Quote: “How much more grievous are the consequences of anger than the causes of it.” -Marcus Aurelius
