Nugget: Many of us let our hearts lead us into the wrong things, situations, & people. Most times, we make decisions based upon feelings & not on knowledge. I can say that I’m guilty of this myself! However, God does give us the power of discernment & the power of wisdom in order to seek Him & knowledge in all things.
It’s not necessarily a bad thing to allow emotions to come into play when making decisions, but we have to have a balance in order to achieve a healthy outcome—don’t let your emotions lead you down the path to destruction.
