Scripture: Haggai 1:7 Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Consider your ways! (NKJV)
Nugget: This scripture speaks volumes! “Consider your ways!” Do we consider the things we do, our actions, & thoughts when we’re seeking things from God? For example, if we’re praying on something, are we doing our part too? Reading our Bible, going to church, believing, working, etc.? Does this align with God & His will?
Sometimes what we’re seeking is so tied up into what we’re doing (or not doing) that we could be blocking our own blessings. God’s asked us to consider our ways for a reason; self-reflection & realization are a part of this Christian journey.
Don’t block your own blessings.
