Over the past few years, I’ve been faced with many challenges & situations that can either cause growth or doubt to occur. I must admit, there are times when I could’ve handled things better, but time allowed me to go through these situations & see what God wanted me to gain from them.
There are some lessons & situations that occur with God’s purpose of producing growth in us. God will allow us to go through things to see how we handle them & how we will depend upon Him & His word during the toughest times we face.
For the lessons in growth I’ve experienced (some I’ve passed & some are a continuous process!), I’ve learned more about myself, God & His word, those around me, & even those I seek advice from. Sometimes, God’s purpose is not only what we see, but those unseen things that allow us to develop above & beyond knowledge, faith, & trust in Him.
Don’t ever underestimate the place you’re in right now. God’s hands are in everything, even when we don’t see Him & even during the times we’ve made situations for ourselves. Our God is ever-present & He will not leave us.
Don’t miss your lessons in growth; some things only come by experience, prayer, & going through the process.
