Scripture: Zechariah 9:12 Return to the stronghold, You prisoners of hope. Even today I declare That I will restore double to you. (NKJV)
Nugget: Restoration–many of us need this with the busyness of life, job demands, & family obligations. Sometimes, it’s difficult to slow down & rest, just to be still in the moment & in God. But just as God created the things He’s blessed us with, He desires for us to rest as well.
This scripture mentions that God “will restore double to” us. How great is our God! If we take the time to rest & get rejuvenated, we won’t miss what we’re taking the time away from because God gives it back to us twofold. So why not rest, regroup, & get rejuvenated in Him?
