Scripture: John 15:5 “I am the vine. You are the branches. Those who live in me while I live in them will produce a lot of fruit. But you can’t produce anything without me.” (GW)
Nugget: Jesus—He’s who we should be connected to, the One we should focus on. In connecting to Him & accepting Him as our Lord & Savior, there’s our source of love & connection to God.
In connecting to Jesus, we have the life source that enables us to produce “fruit”—good things, peace, love, happiness, etc. Without it, we’re likely to go down the path of discouragement, doubt, fear, etc.
If we find ourselves getting off-track, it’s possible that our focus has changed from Jesus to something or someone else. Who are you connected to today?
