Nugget: Have you ever realized the way you act out of anger is very different than when you act out of common sense? Anger is one of those emotions that will take over if you don’t watch it!! We can do some crazy things when anger is involved.
This is why it’s so important to learn to control your temper. Acting in anger usually results in some kind of foolishness, while understanding results in controlling the situation(s).
