I haven’t written to my fellow singletons in a while. Just some thoughts. Enjoy the season you’re in right now because when the next one starts, the other ends. It’s not that one is better or worse than the other–it’s just time for the next phase to begin.
So, try not to put off for tomorrow what you can do today: travel, enjoy the company of friends, grow, & learn more about yourself. I’ve seen so many people who state that their mate “completes” them, but aren’t you supposed to already be complete when you meet? Maybe it should be more that they are “complements” to each other? I don’t know.
I think that learning to be by oneself in the meantime is a difficult thing; it’s when God does some molding on you in preparation for the next phase. It’s definitely a time for learning & growing, but it stretches you!! LOL As God is preparing you, He is preparing the one for you!
