My first day at the conference was amazing!!!! I met so many people. Many authors, Public Relations reps, people who have worked for Oprah, and so many more!!!! It is an awesome thing to see the many veterans in the industry as well as those who are just starting out! We are in the same boat, but are surrounded by so many who can guide us & show us how to get things done.
I met Roland Matrin yesterday!!! Awesome!! For those who do not know him he’s done everything from “Black in America” to commentating for the Tom Joyner Morning Show and is now on TV One!!
This is only a short synopsis of Day 1. I will be writing more soon.
