Wow, time waits for no one. It’s September already. This year continues to fly by. I didn’t really make resolutions at the beginning of this year, but there are many things I’ve been praying on & things I’ve set out to accomplish this year. With only 4 months left in this year, I have to get on the ball!! Not that I’m going to try to squeeze it all into this time frame, but to work towards it is my goal.
Not that I haven’t accomplished a lot so far, I just don’t want to start pushing more things to the back burner. Before I know it, it’ll be “Happy New Year” time again 🙂 There’s so much more I want to do with my writing; so this Labor Day weekend will be used wisely.
There are so many things that seem to supersede our time & days. I had my Godmother remind me that although there’s a lot going on, I must make time for the gifts that God has given me. We all have gifts that He has given us, but are we sowing the seeds to allow these gifts to mature & to grow? Or do other things continue to get in the way? We must invest some time in what God has entrusted us with; 30 minutes a day, 15 minutes—starting somewhere is the key.
Continue to work on your dreams & your goals. Don’t let things get to a standstill. It’s never too late to get started! Let’s get on the ball!!!!
