Scripture: Isaiah 60:1 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. (NIV)
Nugget: This scripture makes me think about the song, “This Little Light of Mine”, & how our lights should be shining always. This “light” is the God in us that people see on a daily basis. Because He is in us, there’s no reason we should be going around showing anything other than His love, patience, actions, etc.
“The glory of the Lord rises upon you”—wow, do we know the power we have in Him? Can we even grasp how good God is to us; how big His light is & should be in us? This light should have people coming to you; there should be “something about you” that people want to be like & to be around. This “something” is our Lord.
