Scripture: Proverbs 1:33 But whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm. (NIV)
Nugget: There are many heartaches & pains we could avoid, or could’ve avoided, if we took the time to listen & to seek God. These are the lessons that came with being hard-headed or stubborn. Of course there are things that we could only learn by going through them, but most times, these instances included a “warning” that we chose to ignore.
God’s intent is to protect us & to keep us safe. Those things that you’re seeking from Him that He hasn’t given you is His way of protecting you, or preparing you. God’s ways & timing are always right.
