Comfort Zones & Thinking Outside of the Box

We, as humans, tend to stick to our normal everyday routines. We love to do what we’ve always done & love to get comfortable in our daily on-goings. I’ve been thinking on this lately, because I know at this time in my life there are still things I want to do. Am I working on these things or am I getting comfortable with where I am? I think I’m a bit in-between.

I know many people who wish they could go back & have a do-over. I know that I’m one of those people!! I just don’t want to live life wishing I’d not taken the steps to do the big things on my “to-do” list.

My Pastor has said in his sermons, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always be what you’ve always been.” This is one true statement. What changes are being made outside your norm to get out of that comfort zone & to think outside of the box?! What are you working towards or what is it that you’re seeking? Change is needed for change to occur.

Determine what change needs to occur to lead you in that positive direction of thinking outside of the box. What change needs to happen in order for you to get moving & to get going? We cannot stay stagnant in life where God wants us to grow & to go.

Yes, it’s time to get out of our comfort zones & to achieve things outside of our norms!!!

Until next time.

Blessings,
