I’m so excited. It’ll be 2 months tomorrow since I moved into my new home. Today, I finally hung artwork & pictures on the walls. It’s coming along nicely. I have more decorating to do, but it will be over time. A few of my newly hung items are shown!! The crosses state, “faith”, “love” and “believe” on them. I just love inspirational & motivational things & people around me. I must thank my friend, Ms. R.W., for helping me get these things in order, because she knows a lot about decorating, etc. 🙂 I am proud of myself for the artwork I chose though! AND I still have another piece of framed artwork on its way from Michaels.
It does feel good to be in my own place. I have to get used to a few things, but I can’t complain. I actually just unpacked my first box of drinking glasses I purchased!! LOL, I usually use plastic cups!! I have yet to have a housewarming & not sure when or if I will. I think a nice get-together of friends may work for me. Just to celebrate & have a good time.
A few more families are moving nearby, so the neighborhood is growing. I know that they have to be excited as well. There’s nothing like having your own.
Guess I’ll figure out what my next decorating avenue will be. I’m in no hurry, but I can’t wait to see the end product one day.
