Scriptures: Genesis 2:2-3 2And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Nugget: God knew the importance of rest!! After everything He completed, making the earth and all that’s in it: He rested!! Oh if we could just follow His example! Rest is so important in our lives; we must rest just like we work. God mentioned the importance of it, now we must follow His lead.
