Scripture: Job 1:22 In all of this, Job did not sin by blaming God. (NLT)

Nugget: Job’s story is one that is well-known & well-taught throughout our Christian journeys. Job experienced a massive lost of both family/loved ones & possessions. Instead of Job’s faith being dwindled, he praised God in the midst of his circumstances.

Reflecting back on my life, there were many things that I blamed God for; not realizing some things were happening to strengthen me, other things, I caused myself, & some things I may not receive the answer for until a later time.

In spite of my early thoughts & actions, I now know better, instead of blaming God, I praise Him & thank Him through it all. My thought is now, “God is in control. He knows what He’s doing.”

Continue to praise God; look at your circumstance as an opportunity to grow in God, faith, & praise.

Quote: “The Word of God is truthfully faithful, reliable and dependable. It is proven true and worthy in times of desperate need and our darkest hours. You can take them to a bank and cash them. But you must believe.” -Unknown
