Nugget: Anytime is a good time to talk to the Lord, but there’s something about starting the morning off with prayer & time with God. It sets the tone for the day. I think about the days where I started in a hurry, rushing through my morning routine, even saying a quick prayer before heading out the door. Most times, this results in the rest of my morning (& day) feeling hurried.
Not only does this scripture mention talking to God in the morning, but also giving our requests to Him & waiting with expectation! Who else would get up in the morning hours, listen to us, & then bless us too!? No one, but our God!
Don’t forget to make God a part of your morning.
